BECOME A
SACRED
INTEGRATION
FACILITATOR
Master integration, from clients to circles
EVERY DAY, THOUSANDS STEP INTO DEEP HEALING WORK
Through retreats, ceremonies, breathwork and ancient healing modalities.
—But many feel lost, alone, and overwhelmed.
….YOU'VE WITNESSED THIS TRANSFORMATION MANY TIMES
As a coach, therapist, healer, or guide—
you’ve seen the spark of transformation ignite in someone’s eyes. And you’ve also seen it flicker out.
Because insight alone isn’t enough.
THE MISSING KEY ISN’T MORE INNER WORK
At some point, more tools become distraction.
More teachings become noise.
More seeking pulls us further from ourselves.
That’s when one question rises above all the rest:
HOW DO I EMBODY AND LIVE WHAT I’VE LEARNED?
This is the path of integration.
Not just for your own life—
but for every person you’re here to walk beside.
What happens when integration is present—
and someone is truly supported to live what they’ve received?
-
THEY GO FROM DISORIENTED TO ROOTED
After a profound experience, the world can feel raw and unfamiliar.
Integration creates the container where what was touched can begin to settle.
This is where the seeds of insight are planted—not rushed, but given space to grow with structure, support, and care. -
THEY GO FROM KNOWING TO LIVING
Insight alone doesn’t transform—it simply opens the door.
Integration is the slow weaving of truth into everyday life.
What was once a flash of understanding becomes embodied through practice, presence, and patience.
This is how realization becomes a lived reality. -
THEY GO FROM LOOPING TO LASTING CHANGE
Without integration, the same lessons repeat themselves—louder each time.
Integration breaks the cycle by offering reflection, tools, and meaning.
It softens resistance, reveals patterns, and supports new choices.
This is where the journey stops spiraling—and begins to evolve.
THE MOST PROFOUND INTEGRATION DOESN’T HAPPEN ALONE—IT HAPPENS IN THE CIRCLE
After powerful experiences—whether through plant medicine, breathwork, therapy, or deep inner work—what people need most is a space to return to.
A space to remember, reflect, and reweave what they’ve touched into the fabric of daily life.
That space is the circle.
CIRCLE INTEGRATION: FROM SOLITUDE TO SYNERGY
In every transformational journey, there comes a moment of return—back to daily life, to relationships, to routines that haven’t changed.
Without a supportive community to hold what was opened, many people feel isolated, confused, or unsure how to embody their new truth.
This is where group integration becomes essential
THE POWER OF GROUP INTEGRATION
-
CIRCLES CREATE BELONGING
Circle integration creates possibilities that individual work simply cannot match. In today's disconnected world, integration circles offer what people crave most: authentic belonging. Participants share, explore, and embody their journeys together
-
CIRCLES HAS TRANSFORMATIVE POWER
In a circle we function as different organs in the same healing body. Each person plays a vital role, offering unique gifts and perspectives.
The circle in integration is incredibly powerful because it acts as a mirror for our inner world. Within the circle, we are shown the parts of ourselves that we’ve suppressed—emotions, traits, and experiences we've either hidden or neglected. The circle also activates parts of us that have yet to be fully lived—the unexpressed potentials, desires, and experiences that are ready to come alive.
-
CIRCLES SUPPORT NEW GROWTH
When participants return to everyday life, they typically encounter the same people with the same thought patterns and beliefs. In contrast, integration circles model the possibility of a new life, showing what embodied transformation actually looks like - week by week over time.
This Is Where You Come In.
MILLIONS ARE YEARNING FOR TRUE INTEGRATION. ARE YOU CALLED TO HOLD THAT SPACE?

This is where you learn to bring your transformation into your everyday actions and habits, ensuring your insights are lived through your body.
-
Mental Integration
Mental integration is about clarifying the story you live by. It's about rewiring your mind from confusion and spiritual bypassing to clarity and empowered action. OUR CURRICULUM
Level 1: Sacred Facilitation
The foundation of any healing process is a safe and nurturing environment where transformation can occur. In this first level, Sacred Facilitation, you will learn the core principles of holding space, creating sacred containers, and facilitating healing for others.
This training is deeply rooted in the understanding that before we can guide others, we must first learn to facilitate healing and sacred space in our own lives. You will develop your own practice, learn to navigate the challenges of sacred space, and master the art of deep listening and presence.
By the end of this level, you’ll be equipped to facilitate transformation, creating a supportive environment for others to heal and embody their experiences.
Personal Facilitation:
Personal Facilitation is the practice of guiding yourself through your own transformation. It’s about creating a deep connection with your inner self, integrating personal insights, and mastering your own healing processes before guiding others.
1-1 Facilitation
1-1 Facilitation is the art of holding space for individual clients. It involves personalized guidance, supporting them through their unique transformation with tailored tools and practices to help them integrate their experiences and insights into daily life.
Group Facilitation
Group Facilitation focuses on creating a safe, collective space for transformation. It’s about leading groups through shared experiences, helping participants support each other while integrating insights and fostering group healing and growth.

David Vox: Founder of the Ayahuasca Integration Alliance
*
David Vox: Founder of the Ayahuasca Integration Alliance *
David Vox has been a transformative coach for over a decade, guiding leaders and visionaries in bringing their mission and medicine into the world. His journey with Ayahuasca began in 2016, and by 2017, he had stepped into the role of a facilitator, leading retreats and integration work for nearly a decade.
Trained in facilitation, integration, and transformational coaching, David has worked with a vast network of facilitators and retreats, developing powerful integration rituals that allow participants to fully embody the teachings of plant medicine. His deep commitment to this work has led him to create structured, meaningful integration processes that bridge the gap between ceremony and real-world transformation.
After years of soul-searching, David made the decision to fully dedicate himself to Ayahuasca integration and facilitation, recognizing the growing need for structured support before and after ceremony. This commitment led to the creation of the Ayahuasca Integration Alliance (AIA)—a global movement designed to train facilitators, support participants, and ensure that integration becomes a recognized and essential part of the plant medicine journey.
Through AIA, David brings together facilitators, integration specialists, and retreat leaders, building a community rooted in wisdom, integrity, and conscious transformation. His mission is to ensure that every individual who embarks on this path has access to the tools, guidance, and support they need to integrate their experience fully and sustainably.
Natasha: Expert in Nature-Based Facilitation & Integration
*
Natasha: Expert in Nature-Based Facilitation & Integration *
Natasha is a visionary facilitator, award-winning filmmaker, and lifelong student of wisdom traditions who has spent decades guiding individuals toward deeper connection—both within themselves and with the Earth. A daughter of the Caribbean, the rainforest, and the Pacific redwoods, she brings a unique perspective that blends Indigenous knowledge, ecological wisdom, and spiritual practice into a powerful method for transformation.
She has worked directly with the Dalai Lama, trained with Thich Nhat Hanh and Arun Gandhi, and has facilitated programs for Stanford, the UN, the Dalai Lama Fellows, and Yosemite’s Nature Bridge. As a critically acclaimed filmmaker, her documentaries explore the intersection of nature, wisdom, and peace, reflecting her deep commitment to integrating ancient and modern perspectives.
For facilitators, Natasha offers an embodied, nature-rooted approach to integration—guiding those who hold space for transformation to restore their own inner peace, deepen their presence, and align with the rhythms of the Earth. Her work is a bridge between science, spirituality, and storytelling, equipping facilitators with the tools to cultivate profound healing experiences that are sustainable, grounded, and deeply relational.
Satya Grace: A Pioneer in Psychedelic and Ayahuasca Integration
*
Satya Grace: A Pioneer in Psychedelic and Ayahuasca Integration *
Satya Grace has been at the forefront of psychedelic-assisted healing and integration long before it became widely recognized. With over 30 years of experience, she has dedicated her life to guiding individuals through profound transformation using psilocybin, Ayahuasca, and other plant medicines.
Her journey began with early therapeutic applications of psilocybin, long before mainstream discussions on psychedelic therapy emerged. As one of the pioneers in this space, she explored the intersection of spirituality, trauma healing, and expanded states of consciousness, shaping an approach that is both deeply intuitive and grounded in experience.
When she was called to Ayahuasca, she trained intensively, working directly with teachers in Brazil, including Baixhina (2006–2013), and spent years immersed in the medicine, learning its depth, responsibility, and power. Over the decades, she has facilitated over 1,000 Ayahuasca journeys, holding space for those undergoing profound life shifts, including high-level leaders and visionaries seeking alignment and transformation.
Satya's expertise extends beyond facilitation—she has undergone specialized training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, long-term spiritual counseling, and group facilitation, ensuring a trauma-informed, deeply ethical, and integrative approach to this work. She understands that true transformation is not just about the ceremony but about how the experience is embodied and integrated into life.

No, prior experience with Ayahuasca is not required to enroll in the training. However, a deep respect for plant medicine work and an understanding of personal transformation is essential.

-
An Integration Facilitator supports individuals before and after their plant medicine experiences, helping them process, embody, and apply the wisdom of their journeys. This role is not about leading ceremonies but about holding space, providing guidance, and facilitating deep integration through structured conversations, embodiment practices, and trauma-informed techniques.
Facilitators may work one-on-one or in group settings, offering coaching, support circles, or specialized integration programs. Their role is to help clients navigate challenges, maintain lasting transformation, and ensure they integrate their experiences into their daily lives with clarity and purpose.
-
A Retreat Facilitator works inside a ceremonial space, helping to manage the Ayahuasca experience as it unfolds. They often assist shamans, provide emotional support, and ensure a safe setting during the ceremony.
An Integration Facilitator works outside the ceremony, guiding individuals before and after their experience. Their role is to help participants prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically before sitting with the medicine, and then support them in integrating the teachings into their everyday lives afterward.
Both roles are deeply valuable, but integration is the key to long-term transformation.
